Registration will be free for the attendees and the official language will be English.

For the companies the submission of the industrial problem is free, but there will be a charge for each problem selected by the Scientific Committee for the ESGI. The fee for this ESGI is 800€ + VAT (except for math-in associated companies, who will enjoy a reduced price of 400€ + VAT). This is to cover all organization running costs and to ensure a proper development of the ESGI.

Participants in each of the working groups have to sign a confidentiality agreement.

A certificate of attendance will be delivered.
