Call for companies

Companies from different industrial sectors have the opportunity to benefit from the insights gained through mathematical analysis of their problems. If your company needs to reduce production costs, innovate its processes or improve its services, then present your problem to the lead mathematicians to brainstorm new ideas and work towards practical solutions.

Each company will benefit from the work carried out by the participants, the direct interaction with academics, the participation of international researchers from entities of recognised prestige, and the written report on the problem.

Companies interested in participating can send the Proposal problem before May 31, 2021 to itmati@itmati.com.

The number of problems discussed during the event is limited, therefore they will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. More details are available in the Call for Industrial Problems.

Companies are normally expected to attend the first day to introduce the problem and the last day for the presentation of results. Although we encourage to participate the full week and to work alongside the mathematicians, the contact  will be done by videoconference, as a novelty, this year the event will be entirely online.

The submission of the industrial problem is free, but there will be a charge for each problem selected by the Scientific Committee for the Study Group. The level set this year for the 163 ESGI is 800 € + VAT (except for math-in associated companies, who will enjoy a reduced price of 400 € + VAT). This is to cover all organization running costs and to ensure a proper development of 163 ESGI.
